Regular analyzes are carried out on raw materials and manufacturing.
Security
We offer optimal security in the absence of cross-contamination: we impose the threshold of 5 ppm of gluten while the regulatory threshold is 20 ppm of gluten.
Certification
All Céliane products carry
the crossed out ear of wheat logo issued by AFDIAG.
