At Céliane, we believe in the benefits of super ingredients, especially super grains. That's why we heavily use gluten-free oats in our recipes.
With our brand new “Plaisir Brut d'avoine” range, our aim was to further promote this super-cereal through a 100% dedicated range with gluten-free oats from our local supply chain .

Our beautiful region of
Hauts-de-France now allows us to have quality oats. It is
so naturally we turned to setting up a
local sector with our agricultural partners in the region for cultivation,
harvesting and milling our beautiful oats.

Implementation in our workshop

Once transformed into flakes and flour, it is in our workshop in Noyon (60) that we use our certified gluten-free oats to create delicious biscuit recipes.

With Plaisir Brut d'avoine, our aim is to maximize the benefits of oats. This is why our cookies are made exclusively from local oats, without any other grains, and above all with a list
ultra short ingredients: oats, sugar, a little butter and oil,
a pinch of salt, and that's it! Raw, unadulterated delicacy
certified gluten-free!
