Products concocted by a celiac for celiacs
When someone close to him was diagnosed with celiac disease more than 30 years ago, the founder of our brand Bruno Pierre was confronted with the difficulties of those with gluten intolerance in finding the first certified gluten-free products in France. At the time, celiac disease was not known and sufferers were forced to import their products from abroad, often with unflavored recipes.
A food engineer by training, he therefore embarked on the creation of gluten-free recipes that were both delicious and natural to support patients in their daily lives and thus became the first French manufacturer of gluten-free products .
Committed to nutrition and passionate about his profession, a few years later he imagined Céliane recipes that were both natural in terms of composition, tasty in terms of taste and texture and above all certified gluten-free for all people who suffer from sensitivity or 'gluten intolerance.
Céliane, these are recipes concocted by a celiac who understands the expectations of people who suffer from the same pathology and who responds to them with a wide range of certified gluten-free products that are both practical and delicious.

Over the years, Céliane has surrounded herself with a team of enthusiasts who are sensitive to the difficulties encountered by celiac patients and who are committed to offering quality products and democratizing this still little-known pathology.
This is how we worked to set up the reimbursement system for certified gluten-free products and, in close collaboration with the French Association of Gluten Intolerants, we try every day to give a little more visibility to this pathology among brands and the general public.
