Banana Oat Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 very ripe banana
- 2 to 3 plain oat biscuits (about 30 g) finely ground (in a blender)
- 200 ml of milk or vegetable milk (almond, gluten-free oat, soy or rice)
- 1 tsp maple syrup, honey or coconut sugar (optional, according to your taste)
- 1 pinch of cinnamon (optional but delicious)
- A few ice cubes (optional)
- Preparation -
Step 1
Grind our plain oat cookies until you get a powder or fine crumb texture.
2nd step
In a blender, add: chopped banana, crushed plain oatmeal cookies , milk, syrup or honey, and cinnamon if desired. Then add ice cubes for a refreshing smoothie.
Step 3
Blend until the texture is smooth.
Step 4
Serve immediately in a large glass, possibly with a topping (banana slices, seeds, dark chocolate shavings, etc.).
