Savory cake
Ingredients
- 30 g of Céliane Pastry Mix
- 20 g mixed oat flakes or oat bran
- 40 g of yogurt
- 1 egg
- 10 g of water
- 50 g diced ham
- 15-20 g grated Emmental
- 2-3 g baking powder
- Preparation -
Step 1
Mix the egg, water and yogurt.
2nd step
Add the pastry mix , the oat flakes and the gluten-free yeast, mix again.
Step 3
Add the ham and grated cheese.
Step 4
Place in a small oiled mold or lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C.
