Zucchini pancake

Ingredients

  • 2 cases of Céliane potato starch
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Parsley
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Salt pepper
  • Olive oil

- Preparation -

Step 1

Rinse the zucchini and grate it.

2nd step

Drain your zucchini in a colander. Crush them using the back of the spoon to extract all the water.

Step 3

Place the grated zucchini in a bowl. Add the grated onion, salt, pepper, egg, potato starch as well as the chopped parsley and a pinch of cayenne.

Step 4

If you find that the dough is too liquid, add starch.

Step 5

Heat the oil in a skillet. Place piles of pancakes using 2 spoons.

Step 6

Cook on both sides and place on absorbent paper.
