Seed bread

Ingredients

  • 500 g of Céliane seed bread mix
  • 400 ml of lukewarm water
  • 25 cl of olive oil

- Preparation -

Step 1

In a bowl, pour the mix, lukewarm water and oil then mix until you obtain a soft and homogeneous dough.

2nd step

Let sit for 5 minutes at room temperature.

Step 3

Grease a loaf pan and flour it.

Step 4

Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface, shape the bread to form a dough piece the size of your mold.

Step 5

Fill the mold and leave to rise for 1 hour in a warm place, placing a damp cloth on top.

Step 6

Place the dough in the ventilated oven preheated to 200°C, leave to cook halfway for around 50 minutes.

Optional

You can use your oven as a proofer by setting it to 30°C with a bowl of simmering water in it, to speed up the fermentation of the bread.
