Savory waffles
Ingredients
- 80 g gluten-free buckwheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 5 cl of vegetable milk
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- 1/2 tsp gluten-free yeast
- 1 large handful of kasha seeds
- Salt and pepper
- Mushrooms
- Shallots
- Chard
- Fried egg

- Preparation -
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients for the waffles and cook your waffles in a waffle iron.
2nd step
In a hot pan add a drizzle of olive oil, then the finely chopped shallot and the roughly chopped mushrooms. Bring back over low heat.
Step 3
Once the mushrooms are golden, add the chopped chard leaves.
Step 4
Cook the eggs and add a little black sesame.
Step 5
Place the topping on the waffles and accompany with a good salad.
