Savory waffles

Ingredients

  • 80 g gluten-free buckwheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 cl of vegetable milk
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp gluten-free yeast
  • 1 large handful of kasha seeds
  • Salt and pepper
  • Mushrooms
  • Shallots
  • Chard
  • Fried egg

- Preparation -

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients for the waffles and cook your waffles in a waffle iron.

2nd step

In a hot pan add a drizzle of olive oil, then the finely chopped shallot and the roughly chopped mushrooms. Bring back over low heat.

Step 3

Once the mushrooms are golden, add the chopped chard leaves.

Step 4

Cook the eggs and add a little black sesame.

Step 5

Place the topping on the waffles and accompany with a good salad.
