Savory salmon & goat cheese waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 80 g of Céliane pastry mix
  • 20 g gluten-free buckwheat flour
  • 50 ml of milk (animal or vegetable)
  • 5g olive oil
  • 1 goat's cheese (or 60 g of cheese)
  • 2 slices of smoked salmon (70 g)
  • Salt, herbs, spices of your choice

- Preparation -

Step 1

Brush the waffle iron with a little oil then turn it on to heat it up.

2nd step

Prepare the waffle batter by mixing the egg, oil, Céliane pastry mix and gluten-free buckwheat flour, then the milk little by little and add salt.

Step 3

Cut the goat cheese and smoked salmon into small pieces.

Step 4

Gently incorporate them into the dough with a spoon.

Step 5

In your waffle iron, place a good spoonful of batter.

Step 6

Cook for 5 minutes, until golden brown.
