Wraps
Ingredients
- 120 g gluten-free buckwheat flour
- 120 g of Céliane potato starch
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 150 ml of lukewarm water
- Preparation -
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the buckwheat flour, our potato starch and salt. Add the oil and lukewarm water, and mix until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
2nd step
Divide the dough into small balls, then roll them out thinly with a rolling pin.
Step 3
Cook the wraps on a hot pan, turning them after 1-2 minutes of cooking on each side.
Step 4
You can garnish them with the ingredients of your choice: vegetables, meats, cheeses, etc.
Optional
You can also freeze them to have them on hand for a quick, gluten-free meal.
