Olive cakes

Ingredients

  • 180 g Céliane Pastry Mix
  • ½ tbsp turmeric
  • ½ tbsp paprika
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of coarse salt
  • 4 tbsp Provence herbs
  • 3 eggs
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 70 ml of rice milk
  • 15 pitted black olives

- Preparation -

Step 1

Pour the Pastry Mix , gluten-free yeast, turmeric, paprika, black pepper, pinch of salt and Provence herbs into a salad bowl. Mix.

2nd step

Add the eggs, one by one. Incorporate them well. Then pour in the olive oil. Finally add the rice milk while continuing to stir. Finish by adding the black olives.

Step 3

Bake your gluten-free olive cake for 25 minutes.

Step 4

Let cool a little and serve warm, it will be delicious.
