Mini pizza

Ingredients

  • 250 g gluten-free buckwheat flour
  • 1 pot of yogurt
  • 1/2 jar of oil
  • 1/2 pot of water
  • Grated cheese
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 packet of gluten-free yeast

- Preparation -

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough until it no longer sticks to your fingers.

2nd step

Form the mini-pizzas (with these quantities we can make around fifteen pizzas).

Step 3

For the garnish, add whatever you want (ham, tuna, olives, cheese, etc.).

Step 4

Bake the mini pizzas for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Add grated cheese, add it 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
