Savory tomato & feta muffins
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 80 g of Céliane Pastry Mix
- 80 g of yogurt
- 40 ml of milk (animal or vegetable)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp gluten-free baking powder
- 75 g of feta
- 75 g of dried tomatoes
- A little honey (optional)
- Preparation -
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2nd step
Beat the eggs with the yogurt.
Step 3
Add the pastry mix , gluten-free yeast, mustard and mix. Pour in the milk little by little.
Step 4
Add 60 g of crumbled feta and 60 g of dried tomatoes cut into small pieces then mix gently.
Step 5
Pour the dough into small oiled molds.
Step 6
Place the rest of the crumbled feta and the dried tomato pieces on top. Add a little honey.
Step 7
Bake for 30 minutes.
