Salmon & Avocado Rolled Crepes

Ingredients

  • 247 g gluten-free buckwheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 57 cl of cold water
  • Salt
  • 2 slices of smoked salmon
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Fresh cheese (lactose-free)

- Preparation -

Step 1

Pour the flour and salt into a salad bowl.

2nd step

In its center, put an egg, then pour in the water little by little, while mixing.

Step 3

Cover and leave to rest for an hour in the refrigerator. You should obtain a slightly thick and elastic dough.

Step 4

Then pour a ladle of pancake batter and brown on each side.

Step 5

For the filling: Spread the cream cheese on the crepe, cut the half avocado into thin slices, add the salmon and roll as tightly as possible then cut.
