Ingredients

  • Céliane sourdough bread slices
  • Fresh goat's cheese with wild garlic
  • Cooked beets
  • Raspberries
  • Grenade
  • Germinated seeds
  • Fennel sprigs
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

- Preparation -

Step 1

Toast your sourdough toast, previously brushed with olive oil, in the oven at 200°C for a few minutes.

2nd step

Spread the cream cheese.

Step 3

Cut thin slices of beets, and garnish your toast with sprouted seeds and all the other ingredients.

Step 4

To finish, a small drizzle of olive oil, a little salt and pepper.
