Cocoa bread

Ingredients

  • 250 g of Céliane Bread Mix
  • 10g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 20 g of oil (of your choice)
  • 30 g of chocolate chips
  • 30 g of sugar
  • A pinch of salt

- Preparation -

Step 1

In a bowl/salad bowl, pour the plain bread mix , the sugar, the cocoa then the salt on one side of the salad bowl.

2nd step

Mix everything.

Step 3

Add the oil and mix until you obtain a paste.

Step 4

Knead the dough well by hand. Once this step is completed, leave the dough to rest in a warm, dry place, covered, for 2 hours (or 3 hours if possible).

Step 5

After proofing, degas the dough and knead it again. Add the chocolate chips and place in a mold for a second proof of 1 hour/1 hour 30 minutes.

Step 6

Then bake the bread for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
