Strawberry cake

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g of yogurt
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 200 g of Céliane pastry mix
  • 50 g grated coconut
  • 40 g of water
  • 400 g fresh strawberries
  • Coconut chips for decoration

- Preparation -

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the eggs and yogurt.

2nd step

Add the pastry mix , grated coconut and sugar. Add water and mix.

Step 3

Cut half of the strawberries into cubes and place them in the dough. Mix gently using a spoon or spatula.

Step 4

In a buttered mold or with baking paper, pour the dough. Cut the rest of the strawberries in 2 and place on the cake.

Step 5

Bake for 40 to 50 minutes (cooking to be monitored, it depends on the thickness of the cake, the thicker the cake, the more cooking time it will require).

Step 6

Leave to cool then sprinkle with coconut chips on top.
