Apple cake
Ingredients
- 190 g of Céliane pastry mix
- 3 apples
- 1 yogurt (125 g)
- 150 g of brown cane sugar
- 3 eggs
- 8 cl of sunflower oil (or 55 g of melted butter)
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- Preparation -
Step 1
In a salad bowl, mix the eggs and yogurt.
2nd step
Add the cane sugar, vanilla sugar, Pastry Mix and oil (or melted butter). Mix until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.
Step 3
Fill a previously oiled cake mold with the mixture.
Step 4
Cut the apples into quarters and place them on top for decoration.
Step 5
In an oven preheated to 180°C, cook for approximately 45 minutes.
