French toast

Ingredients

  • 1 package Céliane Seed Sliced ​​Bread
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 20 g gluten-free buckwheat flour
  • 5 g of cornflower
  • 65 g of compote
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • Coconut oil

Step 1

Place your slices of sandwich bread in an oven heated to 180°C for 5 to 10 minutes, until they become very dry.

2nd step

Mix the Buckwheat Flour, cornflower, compote, salt and cinnamon. Add the milk (of your choice) and mix the preparation.

Step 3

Soak your bread in the batter.

Step 4

Melt coconut oil in a hot pan. Pour in a tablespoon of sugar. Place your slices in the pan and brown your bread for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

Step 5

Leave to cool on a plate.
