Plain madeleines

Ingredients

  • 55 g of Céliane Pastry Mix
  • 66 g of margarine
  • 50 g of cane sugar
  • 10 g of almond powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pinch of salt

- Preparation -

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C in fan mode.

2nd step

In a bowl, break the eggs and add the sugar. Beat everything to whiten the eggs. Once the mixture foams.

Step 3

Add the Pastry Mix , the almond powder, as well as the vanilla and a pinch of salt. Mix everything.

Step 4

Add the melted margarine to the mixture. Mix again.

Step 5

Grease the mold, pour batter to the top for each madeleine. Bake for 16 minutes.

Step 6

If you wish to preserve them, keep them for a few days in an airtight container, away from light.
