Chocolate banana muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 g of sugar
  • 20 g of low-fat cocoa powder
  • 80 g of Céliane pastry mix
  • 20 g of Céliane potato starch
  • 80 to 100 g of chocolate chips

- Preparation -

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

2nd step

Mash the bananas finely using a fork. Add the eggs and mix.

Step 3

Then pour in the sugar, cocoa, pastry mix , gluten-free yeast and potato starch and mix.

Step 4

Add 2/3 of the chocolate chips.

Step 5

Pour the batter into buttered/oiled muffin tins. Add the rest of the chocolate chips to the top of the muffins.

Step 6

Bake for 20 minutes.
