Chicken curry coconut pasta
Ingredients
- 1 pack of Céliane rice and corn fusilli pasta
- 1 chicken fillet
- 2 large onions
- Olive oil
- Curry
- 1 carton of coconut milk
- 20 g of coconut

- Preparation -
Step 1
Peel the onions, rinse them and blend them.
2nd step
Add the onions, then the curry powder and olive oil to a saucepan. Mix and fry for a few minutes over high heat. Then add a little water and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, chop the chicken fillet, then mix it in and let it cook for a few minutes.
Step 4
Then add the coconut milk, grated coconut, and cornflour. Mix well and continue cooking until the mixture reduces.
Step 5
Meanwhile, cook thepasta for 5 minutes, then drain and rinse.
Step 6
Place the pasta on the plate, then pour the topping on the side.
