Mummy Pizza

Ingredients

  • 250 g of Céliane plain bread mix
  • 7 g of salt
  • 12.5 cl of water
  • 2.5 cl of milk
  • 12 g fresh yeast (diluted in lukewarm milk)
  • 2.5 cl of olive oil
  • Black olive
  • Topping of your choice (bacon, chicken, diced ham, tomato sauce, crème fraîche)

- Preparation -

Step 1

Place 250g of plain bread mix in a large bowl or in a food processor then successively add the salt, baker's yeast and olive oil.

2nd step

Gradually pour in the lukewarm water while mixing with a wooden spoon. Stir for a long time until you obtain a paste that separates from the salad bowl.

Step 3

Let the dough rest for 1 hour, covering the bowl with a cloth, in a warm place. After the resting time, sprinkle flour on your work surface and place the pizza dough on it. Shape your mini pizzas using a glass of water and place them on baking paper.

Step 4

Cut about ten thin strips of pizza dough which will be used to make the mummies' bandages.

Step 5

Top your mini pizzas with meat, cheese, and sauces. Place the strips of dough to represent the mummy's bandages. Place them slightly askew, making sure to leave room for the eyes.

Step 6

Slice the olives into rounds and arrange them as eyes. Bake your pizzas in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 180°C.
