Tagliatelle
Ingredients
- 180 g of Céliane plain bread mix
- 2 eggs
- 20 g of water
- Pasta machine
- Preparation -
Step 1
Mix the plain bread mix , eggs and water. Knead for 10 minutes.
2nd step
Form a ball, cover with film and let rest for 30 minutes.
Step 3
After the resting time, cut your dough into 4 equal parts.
Step 4
Flour your work surface and roll out your dough lightly.
Step 5
Use a pasta machine to obtain a thin dough. For each piece, pass through the machine at setting 2 and fold the dough over itself, then pass through the machine again at setting 3. Continue until you obtain the desired thickness.
Step 6
Form tagliatelle with the attachment of your pasta machine or cut thin strips with your knife.
Step 7
In boiling water, cook your pasta for 5 minutes (depending on the thickness of your pasta)
