Chocolate fondant
Ingredients
- 50 g of Céliane potato starch
- 200 g of dark baking chocolate
- 130 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 50 g of almond powder
- Preparation -
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 150°C. Melt your chocolate and butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
2nd step
In a bowl, mix the melted chocolate and butter with the sugar.
Step 3
Add the Céliane potato starch and almond powder and mix again.
Step 4
Then add the eggs and mix.
Step 5
Oil or butter your cake pan. Pour the mixture into it and bake for about 12 to 15 minutes.
