Magic vanilla cake

Ingredients

  • 110 g of Céliane Pastry Mix
  • 100 g of brown cane sugar
  • 90 g of almond puree diluted in a little water
  • 50 cl of vegetable drink
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ tsp vanilla powder
  • Sea salt

- Preparation -

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 150°C and separate the egg whites from the yolks.

2nd step

Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar. Incorporate the diluted almond puree, the Pastry Mix , the vegetable drink, the vanilla and the salt. Mix everything.

Step 3

Beat the egg whites then slowly incorporate them into the dough.

Step 4

Line a baking tin lined with baking paper.

Step 5

Cook for about 50 minutes and let cool for 2 hours at room temperature, then 2 hours in the refrigerator before serving.

Step 6

When it comes out of the oven, the cake will wobble, it will set during cooling.
