Coconut crumble
Ingredients
- 1 package Céliane coconut puck cookies
- 10 apples
- 1 jar of red fruit jam
- 30 g of vegetable margarine or coconut butter

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Meanwhile, peel the apples and cut them into rough squares.
2nd step
Place them in a saucepan with a little water so they don't stick to the bottom. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Add a dab of margarine.
Step 3
In a dish, crumble the Coconut biscuits . Allow around one and a half apples and a bag of four shortbreads per person. To crush them, you can use the bags, crush the shortbread into crumbs and then pour everything into the bowl! Mix with the rest of the margarine to obtain a shortcrust pastry.
Step 4
Equip yourself with ramekins that can go in the oven, a gratin dish or a cake mold. Place a base of apples. Add a layer of jam. Cover everything with coconut shortbread dough!
Step 5
Place in the oven and cook for five minutes. Serve warm, with a scoop of ice cream and it will be ecstasy!
