Pumpkin breads
Ingredients
- 500 g of Céliane plain bread mix
- 300 g of water
- 8 g of salt

Step 1
Make a bread dough.
2nd step
At the shaping stage and before baking, shape the dough into balls.
Step 3
For each ball, cut 4 pieces of string. Coat the string with oil and arrange it crosswise on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Place a ball of dough on the crossed cooking string. Loosely tie each string around the loaf. Place a clean tea towel on top and let rest for 30 minutes.
Step 5
After 30 minutes, the dough will have risen and taken on a pumpkin shape. Bake for 15 minutes at 240°C.
