Caramel Apple Lollipops

Ingredients

  • 500g of fruit (apple, strawberry, grape, etc.)
  • 500 g of sugar
  • 2 liters of water
  • Some ice cubes
  • Wooden picks

- Preparation -

Step 1

Thread the fruit onto wooden skewers.

2nd step

Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and do not stir for now. Simmer for about 15 minutes.

Step 3

Measure the temperature with a thermometer, as soon as your syrup has reached 150° degrees, remove from the heat.

Step 4

Prepare a bowl filled with water and ice cubes. Gently toss the skewers in the hot sugar until completely coated. Drain lightly, then immerse them in the ice water bath, drain, and let cool.
