Ingredients

  • 100 g of Céliane Pastry Mix
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 3 eggs

- Preparation -

Step 1

Beat the egg whites until stiff.

2nd step

When the egg whites are stiff, add the sugar and beat again for a few seconds.

Step 3

Add the egg yolks and mix gently with a wooden spoon.

Step 4

Add the pastry mix and mix gently.

Step 5

Pour the mixture into a piping bag and pipe the cookies onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Step 6

Place in the oven for about 15 minutes at 180°C.
