Ingredients
- 230 g of Céliane pastry mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 L of milk
- Preparation -
Step 1
Add your Céliane pastry mix to a salad bowl and make a well in the middle.
2nd step
Gradually pour the milk into the well while stirring to avoid lumps forming.
Step 3
Add the eggs and mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
Step 4
Let your dough rest in the fridge for ten minutes then you can cook your pancakes in a lightly oiled pan.
