Banana pancakes
Ingredients
- 120 g of Céliane Pastry Mix
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 250 g of milk
- 40 g of cornstarch
- 1 tsp gluten-free baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- drizzle of oil
- Preparation -
Step 1
Mash the bananas into a puree.
2nd step
Whisk in the eggs, beating vigorously.
Step 3
Add our pastry mix , cornstarch and yeast. Mix until you get a smooth dough.
Step 4
Add the pinch of salt and cinnamon.
Step 5
Pour in the milk little by little, mixing well between each addition to obtain a smooth paste.
Step 6
Heat your pan (6/9 on my hob) and grease it with a paper towel with oil. Cook the pancakes for about 1 minute on each side in your very hot pan. Repeat this process about 10 times.
