Garlic Prefou
Ingredients
- For the bread:
130 g of Céliane plain bread mix - 10 g butter
- 1/2 sachet of gluten-free yeast
- 1 sachet of gluten-free baker's yeast
- 25 g of sugar
- 80 g of lukewarm water
For the filling:
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 70 g of soft semi-salted butter
- 1 bunch of parsley

- Preparation -
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2nd step
Mix together the plain bread mix , yeast and sugar.
Step 3
Add the warm water and melted butter and knead for 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 4
Shape into fairly thick baguettes and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (keep an eye on them)
Step 5
Mix together the softened butter, chopped garlic cloves and parsley.
Step 6
When the bread is lukewarm, cut it in half lengthwise and spread the butter/garlic/parsley mixture on it.
Step 7
Cook for 7 to 8 minutes at 180°C before serving.
